After shooting the Baviaanskloof episode we decided to contrast the experience with the lush Garden Route. We took walk in virgin Afromontane forest untouched by the ice age and natural disasters, with giant 1000 year old Yellowoods towering at the top of the forest canopy. The plant and animal life was astounding. The beaches were empty and the warm Indian ocean framed the holiday scene perfectly. This is truly paradise as we discovered with greater intensity than before. Enjoy!
